Benefits

The idea of treatment at this center is that pain and numbness are the result of symptoms, and the cause is often in other parts, and we think that pain and numbness can be removed by approaching the cause.
There are many things that are indispensable for maintaining the human body. I think that the most necessary ones are blood, lymph, nerves, muscles, and skeleton. The treatment is reasonably safe, with a focus on immediate-acting SHMTC or Hatanaka medical taping therapy, and other therapies are also included in the sense of considering synergistic effects.

When we experience pain, we automatically use our hands to rub the affected areas. Our hands touch and cover our skin, increasing heat and blood flow. This offers some level of pain relief. In the same way, taping covers the skin and promotes better lymphatic and blood circulation. A healthy lymphatic system removes inflammatory substances naturally. Therefore, taping can be used as a treatment to benefit the health of the muscular system, and to relieve pain.

If the taped area starts to feel itchy, please remove the tape. The primary negative side effect of taping is itchiness. Itchiness may be a signal from your skin, so even if you feel that it a waste of tape, please remove it. Additionally, if you have sensitive skin, itchiness could have been caused by sweating. The duration of changing tapes varies from person to person.

As a general rule, one should not exceed 7 days when taping, for therapeutic purposes (beauty taping should not exceed 2 hours). After removing the tape you may experience the pain symptom returning. But over time your pain will begin to diminish. If you suffer from chronic pain, taping will not be able to cure it in a single session. It is recommended that you apply taping several times over an extended period to aid in the relief of chronic pain. After removing the tape, please allow your skin to recover for 12 to 24 hours before reapplying a new tape.

Moisten the taped area with water, and remove the tape from top to bottom with the direction of hair growth. (if possible do it in the shower or bath). This will make the process less painful as it will not uproot the hair in or around the affected area. Removing the tape from bottom to top will surely uproot the hair beneath the taped area and may damage the skin.

Yes, however you should refrain from applying soap on the tape and rubbing the taped areas while drying off with a towel. It is recommended that you pat the area dry with a towel. We recommend using a hair dryer or fan to dry the taped area after patting.
